Level up your strength and conditioning and take all areas of your fitness to new heights. In small groups of just six, you’ll work directly with James to ensure your programming, technique, and progression are constantly refined. This program is suitable for all abilities and is professionally structured to deliver real, guaranteed results.
You will complete 12 coached sessions in total, training on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 06:00–07:30
You’ll have full access to the James Evans Academy App, where all workouts, weights, and sets are recorded
Track your progress clearly and continue achieving consistent results
You’ll be coached through every exercise with a strong focus on correct technique, ensuring no bad habits are formed
Training will be completed in small groups of three, creating support, accountability, and teamwork
You’ll be introduced to a wide range of weight-training styles and lifts, giving you the tools and confidence to train independently after the program
All sessions will take place in James’ private studio
You will learn all the key movements and lifts that form the foundations of sustainable strength and conditioning. Following a structured and progressive lifting program won’t just make you stronger, it will significantly improve sports performance, posture, injury prevention, and long-term longevity.
Throughout the program, each workout will build on the previous one, ensuring continuous progression. You’ll see and feel the difference in just a matter of weeks.
