You will still have access to the same workouts and activities offered at our residential camps; however, they will be entirely bespoke to you. Additionally, because you are working 1-2-1 directly with James, we have the flexibility to elevate your activities to the next level. For instance, your hike could involve climbing a mountain instead of the usual Malvern Hills day, if desired.
You will have your very own beautiful accommodation in the heart of Stratford upon Avon. This prime location ensures you are close to all our facilities while being within walking distance to explore the historic and picturesque town during your downtime. Meals will be thoughtfully prepared by our team in your accommodation, ensuring you have nutritious and delicious food to support your fitness journey.
