James delivers his 1-2-1 personal training sessions in his award-winning gym in Stratford-upon-Avon. The facility is equipped with all the tools needed to provide his unique and effective training sessions. With equipment rarely found in other gyms, you will have the opportunity, under his expert guidance, to explore workouts and achieve a level of fitness you never thought possible.
Before any commitment is required from you, James has all his clients fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page to arrange an initial consultation. This consultation is a relaxed meeting where James invites you to the gym to discuss your goals and objectives, show you around the facility, and get to know each other.
Once you have decided how many sessions you want to do (10 or 20), you will have a detailed consultation with James. During this session, you will cover everything needed to ensure you achieve your goals, including discussing your objectives, any injuries or conditions, nutrition, and setting up your personalised program.
In your personal training sessions, you will explore workouts and routines that not only support your fitness goals but also inspire you to fall in love with training. Expect to engage in new and exciting workout styles, all designed to keep you motivated. Everything you learn can be continued in your own time, and you will receive personalised programs created by James to follow independently, ensuring you know exactly what to do every time you train.
Nutrition is extremely important for achieving your fitness or weight loss goals, and James’ approach to food will leave you feeling excited and liberated. Having worked with thousands of clients worldwide, he understands what is needed to build a healthy and successful relationship with food. You will follow no diets, silly fads, or approaches that negatively impact your lifestyle.
All your workouts, nutrition plans, and personalised work with James will be logged and recorded on your own profile on the James Evans Academy. On the academy, you’ll also have access to additional workouts, educational tutorials, and live sessions with James to ensure you continuously make progress.
