This adventure requires an above average level of fitness, and we recommend training and preparation to help you get the most out of your challenge. Well conditioned legs used to going up and down hills will make your journey more comfortable.
Please note, my team is always on hand to support all abilities, ensuring everyone has experience of a lifetime. You’ll receive regular, detailed preparation talks, so you always know what to expect and feel fully prepared.
