Absolutely! Due to the nature of our work, it is very common for complete novices to join our boot camp. Our structure and guidance guarantee a productive and successful path to health and fitness.
We also have regular campers who participate in marathons and our adventure camps, such as the 3 Peaks Challenge and the Jurassic Coast. Rest assured, every single session and workout is tailored to everyone’s ability, ensuring you never feel like a burden on the group or feel that you are not being pushed enough.
