These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the App and related services operated by James Evans Academy (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By creating an account, subscribing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

James Evans Academy provides digital fitness and nutrition content, progress tracking, and member competitions through our mobile app and website.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the App.
By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
We offer:
Monthly membership: £14.99 per month
Annual membership: £139.99 per year (or discounted price during promotional periods)
Prices are listed in GBP unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time, but any changes will not affect existing active subscriptions until the next renewal.
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled by the user before the renewal date.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through:
Your App Store (Apple) account
Your Google Play account
Or, if purchased through our website, by logging into your account or contacting us at james@xtremebootcamps.com
All subscription fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will retain access until then.
If you purchased your subscription via:
Apple App Store: your use of the App and any billing is also subject to Apple’s App Store Terms and Conditions.
Google Play Store: your use of the App and any billing is also subject to Google Play’s Terms of Service.
Stripe (Website): payments processed through our website are handled securely by Stripe, and use of this payment method is subject to Stripe’s Services Agreement.
By subscribing through any of these platforms, you also agree to their respective terms and policies.
Competitions are open worldwide to active annual members of James Evans Academy.
Entries are limited to one per member per competition.
Quarterly competitions may include prizes such as:
A fitness retreat or holiday for two
Or alternative prizes such as £1,000 vouchers redeemable for Xtreme Boot Camps or James Evans Boot Camps products or services.
Winners are chosen at random from all eligible entries and will be notified by email and social media within 14 days of the draw.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable.
You agree not to:
Share your login or subscription access with others.
Upload, share, or distribute any unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content.
Copy or redistribute any app materials, workouts, or content without permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms without refund.
All content within the App — including text, videos, graphics, recipes, and workout programs — is owned or licensed by James Evans Academy.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
All fitness and nutrition guidance within the App is for informational purposes only.
Consult a medical professional before beginning any new fitness or nutrition program.
We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use or misuse of the App’s content.
You may stop using the App at any time by cancelling your subscription.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse of the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, James Evans Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or participation in any competitions.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Any changes will take effect when posted in the App or on our website, with the updated date at the top of this document.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
