Over the last decade, my work has naturally attracted clients with ADHD who struggle with various aspects of their lives. Even before I officially offered coaching, my retreats and 12-month transformation programs were extremely successful in helping clients with ADHD find happiness and meaning in their lives.

 

Since my own diagnosis, I have taken it upon myself to deeply study the brain, mindset, and lifestyles that best support people with ADHD. This extensive knowledge is exactly what I explore with my clients.

 

By understanding the unique challenges and strengths associated with ADHD, I provide tailored strategies and support, enabling my clients to thrive. Whether through retreats, or one-on-one coaching, I am committed to helping each individual unlock their potential and achieve their goals.

How My ADHD Coaching Works?

I am not a therapist; my approach to coaching is very hands-on and practical. Depending on where you live, coaching can either be in person or online. Clients who are also struggling physically with nutrition and health or want to push their fitness and health to the next level typically work with me through my 12-month transformation program.

 

Each client’s journey and experience with ADHD is unique, and my coaching reflects that. Early on in the coaching, we focus on education: how the brain works with ADHD, how symptoms manifest, and the impact they have on us and the people around us. As we progress, we focus on the client’s individual current struggles with ADHD and work together to discover techniques and mechanisms that don’t just control the struggle but transform it into a positive and enlightening experience.

Despite the challenges of ADHD, I lead a productive and fulfilling life. I am married, have children, and run numerous businesses.
